01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Saltifi's services, including our website, mobile applications, and other platforms (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
02 Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
03 Services Description
Saltifi provides an online platform that enables users to order food and related products from participating restaurants ("Restaurants"). Saltifi is not a restaurant or food preparation entity and does not control the quality or safety of the products offered by Restaurants. Your orders are directly with the Restaurants, and Saltifi is not responsible for the fulfillment of your orders.
04 User Conduct
By using our Services, you agree that you will not:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Provide false or misleading information.
Use the Services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
05 Orders and Payments
When you place an order through our Services, you agree to pay the total amount specified, including any applicable taxes and fees. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors, and Saltifi does not store your payment information.
06 Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saltifi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Services; or (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Services by any third party.
08 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saltifi, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
09 Modifications to Terms
Saltifi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
11 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
